Yu-Ling Hu graduated with a MA from Dance/Movement Therapy & Counseling department at Columbia College Chicago. She  is a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist (BC-DMT) with the American Dance Therapy Association. She works with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and help them find their inner strength and build trusty interpersonal relationships . 

Yu-Ling completed the postgraduate program Circles of Four, founded by Janet Adler, becoming the first English/Mandarin speaking blessed teacher of the Discipline of Authentic Movement. Yu-Ling teaches Authentic Movement both in person and online, working with students from the United States, Taiwan, and around the globe. She is dedicated in introducing Authentic Movement to more people around the world.
